Where Padmat Rubber Started
In 2009, with no experience in the rubber industry, our founder Zhou Yu started Padmat Rubber in Daojiao, Dongguan. The early days were filled with countless trials and setbacks, as we had no technical foundation to rely on. Under immense financial pressure, we experimented with materials, equipment, and production processes, and it took a full year after the company’s founding before we finally produced our first mouse pad.

Over the past 17 years, we have steadily progressed, building our business step by step. Production Capacity
From raw materials to finished products, Padmat Rubber operates a fully in-house manufacturing system, forming a complete and closed-loop supply chain that ensures consistency, stability, and reliable quality. We control every stage of production—including natural rubber foaming, continuous sheet manufacturing, cutting, printing, edge stitching, and final packaging.
With 17,000㎡ of modern factory space and more than 40 automated production machines, we maintain strong large-scale manufacturing capabilities with a daily output of over 15,000㎡. This robust and efficient capacity enables us to support high-volume OEM/ODM orders for global brands while ensuring punctual delivery and stable quality.

We have always prioritized environmental protection and corporate responsibility. To minimize the environmental impact of our production, we established a dedicated foaming facility in Chashan, Dongguan, and redesigned the exhaust treatment system for the foaming process to meet stricter environmental standards. At the same time, we are committed to the health and well-being of every employee. All staff receive two free health check-ups each year, dormitories are equipped with air conditioning and water heaters, and medical emergency kits are provided in the production workshops—ensuring a safe, supportive, and caring workplace.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Do you have GRS certification?
Yes, our factory is fully GRS certified.
What is bleed area and how does it affect the design file?
During sublimation printing, we place the blank pad onto the printed transfer paper. If the design is exactly aligned with the edge, white borders will easily show after printing. Therefore, we require a 3–5 mm bleed area for your printed design to ensure clean, finished edges.
Do you produce mouse pads made from recycled materials?
Yes.
Dongguan Padmat Rubber Co.,Ltd is GRS certified, and we offer recycled-material mouse pads to support environmental sustainability and reduce waste.
For European customers, we can provide TC (Transaction Certificates) upon request.
