Where Padmat Rubber Started
In 2009, with no prior background in material or rubber production, our founder Zhou Yu established what would later become Padmat Rubber, now known as a leading mouse pad OEM factory in China. With no technical foundation and limited resources, our early days were filled with continuous experimentation—testing rubber formulas, improving equipment, and refining production processes.
Despite the challenges and high costs, we persisted. After a full year of trial and error, we successfully produced our first mouse pad, marking the true beginning of Padmat Rubber.

Production Capacity
From raw materials to finished products, Padmat Rubber operates a fully in-house manufacturing system, forming a complete and closed-loop supply chain that ensures consistency, stability, and reliable quality. We control every stage of production—including natural rubber foaming, continuous sheet manufacturing, cutting, printing, edge stitching, and final packaging.
With 20,000㎡ of modern factory space and more than 40 automated production machines, we maintain strong large-scale manufacturing capabilities with a daily output of over 15,000㎡. This robust and efficient capacity enables us to support high-volume OEM/ODM orders for global brands while ensuring punctual delivery and stable quality.
R&D and Innovation
Innovation is the core driver of Padmat Rubber’s development. As a pioneer in the mouse pad industry, we develop and launch over 50 new products and materials each year.
By flexibly combining different surface and base materials, adjusting formulas, optimizing hardness and resilience, and controlling friction coefficients, we precisely meet the needs of various types of users.

Sustainability & Responsibility
We place great importance on environmental protection and corporate responsibility. To reduce the environmental impact of rubber production, we established a dedicated foaming sub-factory in Chashan, Dongguan, and redesigned our exhaust treatment and emission system for the foaming process to meet higher environmental standards.
At the same time, we care deeply about our employees’ well-being. Padmat provides two free health check-ups per year for all staff, equips every dormitory with air conditioning and water heaters, and maintains emergency medical kits in all workshops, creating a safe, supportive, and caring working environment.
